Interim Search Committee Has Commenced

The Interim Pastor Search Committee has begun its work. The Interim Pastor will guide the church through its transition to calling a new Pastor. A job description has been created and approved by both Session and the Philadelphia Presbytery’s Committee on Ministry (COM). Also the framework of a contract for the Interim Pastor has also been approved by Session and COM. The search committee and the COM will be working closely in the hiring of the interim pastor. With these approvals, we can begin to post the availability of the interim pastor position. There should be an interim pastor installed in early 2009. The Interim Pastor Search Committee consists of David Peterson (chairperson), Donna Irvin, Carol Lydon, Bill Hoffman, and Ben Graff.
